I founded my company in 2012 and continue to serve clients to enhance their communicative and collaborative skills. I’m part-time employed at the School of Business, FHNW in Olten and running my consultancy and training company. Here I should write what I excel in. I’ll leave that up to others to say. However, I am committed to always giving you an honest assessment to whether I can support you in your processes or not. I find joy in working in trusted, honest and committed processes where we can rely on each other to see desired changes happen.
I was the Secretary General of an international health organisation working on substance abuse. I'm privileged to have worked as an international leadership and development consultant for more than 15 years with experience in Europe, Asia and Africa. Seeing personal and social change come about is my passion. I teach «Intercultural Management» and «Intercultural Communication» at FHNW University of Applied Sciences & Arts Northwestern Switzerland and at the School of Health at ZHAW.
I have been awarded a post-graduate degree in conflict analysis and resolution from the sociology faculty of Basel University in Switzerland and trained as an executive and business coach at the Ashridge Business School in the UK.
